Vida fit block is used for the following:
flexibility (Splits, Brides, Backbends)
- One knee down and the other leg in a lung position with arms holding the block
up (arch back and hold for 10 sec.)
- Straight knee and one
knee bent - block towards the leg that is extended (hold for 10 sec.)
