To keep an active mind you must keep your body active!

My favorite sport is running because it clears my mind. I enjoy coaching gymnastics because it teaches kids how to be disciplined at an early age. I graduated this year from Life Pacific College with a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies 2012. I aslo have completed my Bachelors Degree at Cal State L.A (I graduated in 2003) with a degree in Exercise Science and minor in Applied Gerontology. I attended El Camino Real and Belmont High School. I have taught water aerobics classes since 1994 and been a trainer ever since I graduated from college 2000. I have worked for the City of L.A for 9.7 years, Los Angeles Athletic Club 5 years, YMCA 3 years, Charter Oak Gymnastics 3 years, and worked for Gold's Gym as a personal trainer (2009 to 2013). I worked with the City of Glendora coaching gymnastics for 6 years. I enjoy life coaching, dancing, training, and pushing people to the next level. In addition, to all my activities I also volunteer on weekends by instilling fitness in local communities for kids!

Set a fitness goal


     The difficult part is to write down a goal. The easy part is setting a goal and once you have it the challenge will be to keep it! My job is to help you dig down deep and help you finish your goals. Anything is possible!
     I have climed half dome, run the L.A marathon, competed in a team triathlon, entered an individual triathlon, completed 10k runs, and won 5k runs.
